Stefanie Layman, LMT LE is a New Jersey licensed massage therapist and a New Jersey licensed esthetician.  She has much experience with Swedish, Medical, and Neuromuscular massage.  She uses various modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, reflexology, assisted  stretching,  and energetic techniques to address the needs of each client.  Her decade of experience and knowledge of the body make her a wonderful practitioner.  She is also well practiced with skin care services such as skin analysis, cleansing, anti-aging treatments, electrotherapy, hair removal, and professional make-up application.

 

Stefanie graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Red Bank, NJ. At ITM she completed the Massage and Bodywork Program, which focuses on Anatomy & Physiology of the body, Myology, Pathologies and various different massage modalities.  Stefanie has an Associates of Science from Rowan College at Burlington County. She is also a Graduate of David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies, where she studied a vast assortment of herbs for their therapeutic use. She uses this knowledge to create wonderful tasting, healthy herbal teas and different blend to be used to aid in skin health. Most recently, she has graduated from Raritan Valley Beauty Programs: Skin Care Specialty and got her New Jersey license as an Esthetician.

Advanced Stretching Techniques

Description of service

 

This 60 minute service combines the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) approach with dynamic and static stretching to increase range of motion, relieve pain, and correct imbalances in the body. The client remains dressed in comfortable clothing while the therapist performs these techniques with them. The perfect therapy for those that have sedentary jobs.
